As our HR Systems Analyst you will work with our different HR Systems, mainly Workday, to turn data into information and information into insight to support our Business and HR strategies. Because we value your opinion, you won’t be just creating reports. You will analyze them, you will actively participate in the subsequent deployment phase of HCM modules and you will create flawless business processes to enable the end users. Oh and rest assured that Workday is our leading ship when it comes to HR Systems, but we have other HR systems such as Officevibe and Small Improvements that need love. 

As our HR System Analyst  you will be trusted with the following scope of responsibilities:

  • Build, improve and analyze Workday HCM and Absence reports.
  • Create and improve Workday HCM and Absence business processes.
  • Participate actively in the upcoming Workday HCM deployment phases of new modules such as (Talent, Advance Compensation, Benefits, etc.).
  • Analyze user requirements and link them to the capabilities of the platform.
  • Assist the HRBP team in question related to the architecture and business processes  of Workday.
  • Educate users specially middle management on how to work effectively with Workday.
  • Work with the Information Systems team on connecting other HR Systems to Workday.
  • Manage our other HR Systems, such as Officevibe, Small Improvements, Random Coffee Dialogue, background check provider, etc.
  • Analyse usage of other HR systems to advise on purchase and renewal of HR Systems.

As the subject matter expert in Workday, you will collaborate with many teams within the organization, not just the HR team. This means that presenting new ideas to many different working groups is just as important to us as working behind the scenes to utilize Workday and our other HR Systems to its full potential. 

Here is what will make your CV stand out from other candidates:

  • Experience working in collaboration with a Human Resources team.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with Workday HCM (administration, reporting and configuration).
  • Workday Training (Report writer, Advance Reporting, Business Process Fundamentals, HCM Fundamentals, etc.).
  • Workday Pro Certification (major asset).
  • Analytic mindset
  • Excellent communicator, ability to translate data into words
