Ready to play a key role in Coveo’s financial strategy? We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team! You'll work closely with the finance team and stakeholders across all departments to provide critical insights and recommendations for our leadership team. In other words, your analysis will be the foundation for top-level decision-making in the company!
As the “storyteller” of our financial narrative, you'll connect the numbers with business strategy, using your expertise to create relevant decision-making frameworks in a fast-evolving market. You'll drive Coveo forward with a rigorous and innovative financial approach suited to industry challenges and opportunities.
As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will:
- Develop and update short- and long-term financial models aligned with company goals, industry standards, and market expectations.
- Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for each decision, providing relevant financial insights on the efficiency of company initiatives.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to establish projections under different scenarios.
- Compare financial forecasts against industry standards to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Calculate and analyse financial ratios to effectively present key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with departments to build quantitative analyses that support their decision-making.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- Over 5 years of experience in financial modelling or financial data analysis, demonstrating the ability to create accurate forecasts with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Expertise in analysing and interpreting data to discover trends and opportunities, with a proven ability to apply this in different financial contexts.
- Solid understanding of how decisions made by one department affect other departments and financial projections.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI.
What would make you stand out:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA.
- Experience in the technology sector, preferably with SaaS/PaaS or software.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar budgeting systems.
