Curious about how compensation, pricing and profitability come together to fuel a high-performing go-to-market team? Coveo is looking for an Analyst, Sales Incentive Compensation to join our Deal Desk team. In this hybrid role, you’ll sit at the crossroads of Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations, managing our sales incentive programs and supporting strategic deal execution.
Your mission? Bring clarity to complexity: design and administer our incentive plans, enable smart deal-making, and help Coveo scale its commercial impact sustainably.
As our Analyst, Sales Incentive Compensation, you will:
- Manage and administer all aspects of our sales incentive compensation programs, from calculation to reporting to payout, with precision and speed.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to orchestrate and process sales incentive compensation.
- Act as the go-to expert on all things commissions: answering questions, explaining outcomes, and keep our documentation up to date.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to measure incentive effectiveness and support sales performance reviews.
- Support deal structuring and pricing discussions as a financial partner to the sales team.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to align on improving sales incentive compensation structure to align with Coveo’s objectives.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or any related field.
- Strong understanding of incentive compensation principles and experience administering sales comp programs.
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or sales operations, with direct exposure to revenue-generating teams.
- Proficiency with Excel (or Google Sheets), and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience in a B2B SaaS, PaaS, or other recurring revenue business model.
- Previous experience in a commercial or strategic finance role, ideally with exposure to SaaS pricing.
- Able to support strategic deal structuring and contribute to high-impact commercial discussions involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with commission calculation software or tools.
