A high-impact opportunity for compensation professionals

In this new rewarding role (pun intended), you’ll play a key role in the design and implementation of reward strategies in a global, highly competitive context. Reporting to our Total Rewards Manager, you’ll partner with HRBPs and leaders across the organization, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for compensation and benefits matters. 

Here’s an overview of some of your key responsibilities in this role:

  • Rewards Strategy: Design and implement creative and competitive programs across the organization. Formulate compensation recommendations for new and existing positions and develop compelling benefits offerings to attract top talent;
  • Advisory Service : Coach and support HRBPs and leaders across all levels of the organization on compensation & benefits programs and processes;
  • Analytics: Carry out in-depth financial analyses on all things compensation, including pay equity. Develop real-time compensation reporting features and provide ad-hoc reports for business leaders;
  • Compensation Ops: Lead our compensation review cycles in collaboration with HR Business Partners. Administer and maintain the compensation module within our HRIS; manage relationships with our benefits providers and contribute to relevant external benchmarking surveys;
  • To excel in all of the above, stay up to date with global industry trends and stay current on regulatory changes to ensure continued compliance for all of our programs.

Interested? This is what we’ll be looking for in your profile:

  • You have 2+ years experience in a compensation advisory role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, finance, human resources, actuarial science, etc.);
  • Demonstrated experience building compensation programs and policies;
  • You’re known for your ability to produce compelling reports and presentations;
  • Advanced quantitative skills;
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (French is a big plus!)

And some bonus points if...

  • You have experience using an HRIS, Workday brings bonus-bonus points;
  • You also have experience working with or for a technology company.
