Using Your Consulting Skills to Quantify and Justify Coveo’s True Value ! 

We are looking for a high-performing and passionate individual who approaches problem resolution with a hands-on/boots on the ground attitude. This person will thrive at collaborating with our customers and prospects to assess potential operational inefficiencies in their operations and to articulate how Coveo solutions aligns with their most critical strategic and financial objectives, in order to help justify why & how deals make business sense!

  • Develop and deliver compelling business case presentations and financial models aimed at identifying, accelerating, justifying, and/or expanding sales opportunities
  • Work closely with prospective and existing customers, alongside sales, customer success managers and customer managers, to identify, prioritize and quantify key business drivers and metrics, and help customers understand how our solutions will help them achieve their strategic and financial goals
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to map out customers' "as is" and "to be" business processes with the goal of identifying and prioritizing key business value drivers
  • Provide thought leadership and training with sales and other teams throughout and beyond the sales cycle

Working on multiple projects at the same time,  you must also be comfortable at client-facing presentations and actually pretty much enjoy it. You also like to provide your expertise to help sales teams close their deals and win new business!

What it takes to be THE candidate we want to hire!

  • You have 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in Management Consulting, or other consultative, strategic, and analytical customer-facing roles AND including 1-2 years of relevant internal consulting experience
  • You have a tracked record of multiple customer-facing projects and presentation/findings delivery you led in the past
  • You have a strong executive presence and presentation / facilitation skills, comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives, including poised, confident objection handling abilities
  • You possess a high energy, and people know you as a high-achiever that loves running initiatives and programs independently within a “start up-paced” technology company
  • You have a deep quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills, with proven business insight and judgment
  • You have some experience in Technology or E-commerce Software, a plus
  • You can travel 10% of the time
