As one of our Strategic Enterprise Sales Development Representatives, you will:
- Prospect into assigned enterprise customer accounts to identify new stakeholders, buying centers, and growth opportunities.
- Build relationships with director-level and executive-level decision-makers through personalized outbound outreach strategies.
- Partner closely with Account Managers to support account expansion initiatives and generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to craft relevant messaging tailored to each account’s business context.
- Develop a strong understanding of Coveo’s artificial intelligence-powered solutions and articulate their value to customer challenges.
- Act as a strategic first point of contact for new stakeholders while aligning outbound efforts with broader account priorities.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 2+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) technology sales or sales development.
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and engage multiple stakeholders confidently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills to manage a high volume of outbound activities effectively.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience selling software-as-a-service (SaaS), ecommerce, or artificial intelligence-based solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Exposure to account-based selling strategies and buyer-centric messaging approaches.
- Professional fluency in German or Spanish.
Nice to haves:
- ECommerce or Service experience and knowledge
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and Salesforce CRM
