Our business development team is the first point of contact with potential clients. It is a highly collaborative effort internally focused on engaging executives in our target market to meet with, differentiate, qualify, and move through the sales cycle. Coveo is seeking autonomous, detail oriented and ambitious business students who want to develop and sharpen their understanding of a B2B SAAS sales cycle.
As an intern on our business development team, you will work closely to help the teams with several initiatives including site assessment program, post event data, feedback requests and more!

What would your typical day look like?
- You start your day off with a team meeting (scrum) to track the progress of the team’s different projects and elevate each other by sharing innovative ideas.
- After the call, you spend some time working on the site assessment program. You were able to identify areas of opportunity for Coveo within prospective customer websites.
- You spend the rest of your morning researching potential ABM prospects. After all, our strategy to gain prospective clients is a proactive one!
- It’s already lunch time! You seize the opportunity to attend a lunch and learn organized by our internship program as you seek to benefit from your colleagues’ expertise.
- After lunch, you are tasked to gather some feedback and findings from a recent event our marketing team hosted. You aim to enable sales on some of the outcomes and prospects from the event!
- The day is already coming to an end! You’ve learned so much already, you look back and assess your contribution in cultivating excellence, looking forward to tomorrow! Until then, you join your colleagues for a Smash tournament to celebrate your successes.

- You are studying in a Marketing or Business related Bachelor degree program.
- You are dynamic, and driven; you’re a leader and you actively listen to others.
- You are intrigued by understanding and working with complex concepts
- You have a strong desire to pursue your career in sales.
- You are located in the Montreal area.
