- Proven success developing and executing partner strategies that generate measurable referral, pipeline, and bookings growth.
- Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to assess partner potential, prioritise resources and focus activity on opportunities most likely to convert.
- The ability to establish senior relationships while remaining closely involved in opportunity creation and deal execution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong autonomy, perseverance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What will make you stand out:
- Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex organizations while influencing executive stakeholders.
- A highly motivated, accountable and entrepreneurial approach, with the resilience to build momentum in a fast moving environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across partner executives, sellers, delivery leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative approach that contributes to both partner and team success.
