The art of making a complex tool accessible to all

Coveo is one of the most advanced tools in the field of search engines for companies and artificial intelligence on the market, and with this performance, we want to be able to make it accessible to all of our users. Coveo is a Canadian start-up with a highly ambitious team, a thriving tech and design community located in the heart of Quebec and Montreal.

A typical Thursday:

  • Start your day by hanging out at the UX Coffee, on Zoom, with your design team. What's new, what's old, what’s the new Miro feature?
  • You, and your intern, continue mapping the future user journey for a new feature.
  • Before lunch, you have a call with Alex, product manager, and Germain, Tech lead to sync on the feasibility of the feature and the next steps
  • There is a Lunch & learn today about Design Analytics. Yum!
  • With a fresh coffee, you sit down and continue working on the Figma prototype, preparing it for the next User testing round. You collaborate with Juliana, the Design Researcher on this project and Catherine, the Content Designer.
  • It's already 4 pm, and there is a design review today. Lorraine is looking for feedback on the new Data Dashboards, and Gustavo on the new animations. #nomo (Not missing out)
  • Once the meeting is done, people stay a while, some open a beer. It’s Thursday after all.
