The Mastermind Behind the Killer Features

As a technical associate product manager, you will work with multiple teams like those in charge of indexing, the core of our cloud platform and connectivity. Reporting to the senior product manager, you will be THE reference in identifying the all the latest trends on the market as well as the technical expert in shaping and building our new functionalities, making them more innovative than ever! Furthermore, you’ll work closely with our R&D development teams, translating client requirements into technical activities and ensuring a good understanding of the functionalities’ orientations and business objectives.

There is no typical day in this role but tomorrow might look like this:

  • Grab a cup of coffee and hop on a call to gather feedback from a major partner who is using our framework and APIs to implement our solutions. Quickly relay this intel to the development team in an email
  • Spend a few minutes reading a competitor’s latest product briefing to see where our offering stands. This will be key in roadmap prioritization and sales enablement!
  • Take a moment to go through the development team’s backlog and prioritise these wisely for the next sprint
  • Support the customer success team to make sure the next release happens smoothly for the clients they are assigned to
  • Meet with engineering leads to talk about the specs of the latest enhancements you’ve been defining for the last few weeks
  • Hold a call with our product trainers and sales engineers to show them the latest improvements to our product so they can align their content

A great product manager is exceptionally good at gathering intelligence, can strategize, and knows the technical and business lingo to work alongside an elite engineering team AND business teams. Most of all, we will be looking for:

  • A technology enthusiast with a keen interest for SAAS platforms
  • A knack for enterprise software solutions (KM, CRM, communities, intranets, etc.)
  • Excellent business acumen
  • A keen interest for software product management
  • A capacity to adapt to one’s audience: you will collaborate with a wide range of professionals of all technical levels
  • Speaking French a plus… Bonjour!
