The roadmap to success begins

As the Knowledge Manager of Coveo Security, you will design the teams’ communication strategies, plans and how best to leverage our communication tools. The core of your mandate will revolve around the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee how we communicate and build documentation
    • Develop, improve and maintain Coveo Security’s communication plan
    • Define a documentation lifecycle for security
    • Help structure the way the security teams manage and share information
    • Create and maintain documentation templates and structure
    • Review official security communications within R&D, within Coveo and externally
  • Business Analysis:
    • Monitor communications and identify areas for improvement
    • Analyze usage of Knowledge Management tools, processes and self-service services
    • Identify and address content gaps and process gaps, introducing innovative solutions
  • Support the teams’ activities within your field of expertise
    •  Identify required systems and tools for knowledge management
    • Take upon the role of Asset owner for the communication systems
    • After a few successes within Coveo, potentially showcase the advantages of managed knowledge and become an internal ambassador for KM.
