As Senior Product Marketing Manager on our commerce team, you’ll shape how Coveo brings its AI-powered solutions to market, crafting compelling narratives that connect with customers and strengthen our position in the commerce space.

You’ll lead go-to-market strategies focused on acquiring new customers and driving pipeline growth. By translating our technology into clear, differentiated value propositions for diverse buyer personas, you’ll help position Coveo effectively in a competitive market.

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Research, develop, and evangelize clear and concise value propositions and solution-based narratives that differentiate and drive demand for our commerce solution across all stages of the buyer lifecycle and personas.

  • Create a wide range of market-facing assets, high-impact marketing collateral, and compelling content, including web pages, presentations, pitch decks, product sheets, videos, and thought leadership pieces, that reinforce our key solution messages, product offerings, and capabilities.

  • Partner closely with the demand generation team to support market-aligned programs that effectively drive pipeline growth with tailored messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Work with the product management team to lead go-to-market activities for new product launches and feature releases, owning positioning, messaging, and related market-facing materials.

  • Collaborate with customer marketing, customer success, and customers directly to produce compelling case studies, presentations, speaking engagements, and other advocacy materials.

  • Equip the sales and business development teams with tools, resources, and enablement to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and position our solutions against competitors.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • Over 5 years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in product marketing.

  • Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product management, encompassing product launches, content creation, and sales partnerships.

  • Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into compelling marketing content for diverse audiences, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

What will make you stand out:

  • Previous experience in enterprise technology companies, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI).

  • Previous experience in the ecommerce field.
