Get ready to put your love of writing clean, scannable copy to good use. Our marketing team is looking for a copywriter with a deep understanding of buyer psychology. You’ll get to indulge your inner geek by diving deep into  the B2B technology & AI  world. You’ll help position the features and capabilities that make our platform unique, while simultaneously crafting the inspirational brand messages that help our customers intuitively understand its value.  Your role is to help us make it simple, entertaining, educational, and easy to understand.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Research and understand customer needs to create empathetic copy for our corporate website and other digital properties
  • Understand and apply SEO best practices and keyword research 
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver scannable, clear web copy
  • Work closely with Product Marketing & Brand teams to  optimize product positioning, value propositions, and the key needs of buyers in our core markets and industries
  • Brainstorm and provide ideas for new content and experiences on our website (this also means you’ll contribute to defining buyer journeys)
  • Develop compelling  advertising, email, and social copy to reach and convert our target customers
  • Inform and evangelize our brand tone and voice, and leverage your creativity to better use our platform across our own digital experiences
  • Build a network of freelance writers.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years working in a B2B environment, preferably in the technology field
  • A degree in journalism, English, communications, or related certification
  • A collaborative mindset that craves innovation
  • A lifelong learner that stays on top of trends in the digital world
  • An analytical mindset that prefers data to opinion
  • Comfortable using a Content Management System (CMS) (experience with Sitecore is definitely a bonus, but not essential)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Experience with web chat tools/bots is a plus
  • Fluency in French is a plus 
  • Understanding of direct response best practices
  • Familiar with writing techniques for all stages of awareness.
