Are you a digital advertising wiz?

Coveo’s marketing team plays an integral part in helping the company grow. They are the engine that feeds the rest of our commercial organisation. The Digital Advertising Manager is responsible for building Coveo’s paid digital strategy across channels and the buyer’s journey. They then plan and build out ad campaigns, deliver performance reporting to the team and share learnings from experiments, and optimize campaigns to reach desired performance. 

It’s an exciting opportunity for a digital advertising geek who cares about using modern tools to understand audiences, continuously improving ad creation, optimizing landing pages, and channel performance  – to contribute directly to the ongoing growth of the company. 

Curious? Here is an example of a typical day in the job:

  • Help build the strategy and investment mix across our advertising channels to get the most yield out of our spend, and fuel our funnel most effectively.
  • Establishing our paid media strategy for a marketing campaign, and executing that plan throughout the different channels (Google Ads, display ads, paid social, etc). 
  • Analysing performance of all your paid advertising investments portfolio by using data, recommendations and project management initiatives to optimize conversions (messaging updates, AB testing, keyword strategy, ad creative, etc). 
  • Leverage intent-data to target in-market audiences with relevant and timely offers. 
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team and project manage updates to keywords, copy, visuals and landing pages.
  • Developing an A/B testing strategy to quickly and efficiently gather hypotheses, test them, and implement the results.
  • Using all available data from top of funnel interactions to lead conversions to identify opportunities to improve conversions and yield results. 
  • Communicate results in terms of investment levels and yield to marketing teammates and executives on a weekly basis.

Are you performance oriented?

We have a world-class marketing team, ambitious goals and the tools and means of our ambition. On your side, you’ll bring a strong understanding and experience of all things digital, plus a passion for results, measurement and continuous improvement.  

The ideal candidate has: 

  • 5-7 years of experience directly managing paid advertising in a B2B software company
  • SEM expertise
  • Strong technical and analytical background, using Google Adwords, GDN, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram advertising
  • Experience with CRM platforms (like Salesforce or HubSpot), marketing automation (like Marketo or Pardot)
  • Experience managing and reporting on paid digital marketing from end to end:  Reporting on KPIs, budgets, campaign creation, execution, optimization and analysis. 
  • Expertise performing reporting and optimizations to improve CTR, CPL, CPC, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
  • Comfortable working in a virtual team environment
  • The ability to adapt to rapid changes is a must
  • Fluency in English

Nice to haves are:

  • Experience with intent-data platforms such as 6sense and Terminus is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo specifically
