Getting Coveo stock in demand

Coveo went public in November 2021, and we know we need more than to get our foot on the public market to soar as a major and reliable company to invest into. This is why we need someone to take ownership of the relations with investors, and enable us to reach our full potential. The expertise and team is to be built, and we would like you to lead the way.

Along with our Legal and Finance teams, you will help us craft a narrative around Coveo to help position our stock, and eventually make it a staple for any great Tech portfolio. We’re just getting started, but we know we have a solid product to offer, and we need the means to take it to a higher level.

As our Head of Investor Relations, you will:

  • Develop demand for Coveo’s stock, including by inspiring investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value
  • Maintain investor relationships, including record of interactions with investors and identification and building of relationships with new potential targets
  • Provide insights on market activity (including buyers and sellers of stock) and present them to the leadership team
  • Oversee and manage quarterly earnings calls, including preparation of FAQs, drafting of earnings call script, selection of customer references / examples for calls, and analyst / investor callbacks
  • Coordinate IR calendar, including quarterly investor meetings (including non-deal road show and conference presentations), annual investor/analyst day, and annual general shareholder meeting, and help to prepare related materials
  • Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters, including disclosure

What we are looking for

As we’re still building the expertise, we need an intrapreneur that will take full ownership of the tasks related to Investors Relations. Needless to say: it also means we need someone capable of hitting the ground running and setting the basis to build a team in the mid-term.

Here is what will qualify you for the role

  • Proven experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and Equity Research Analysts
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry
  • Familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
  • Understanding of securities laws and disclosure requirements, as well as filing requirements
  • Desire to take ownership of all responsibilities around investor relations

What would make you stand out

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages
  • Experience with SaaS business models and in the software industry is preferred but not required
  • Fluency in both English and French is preferred but not required

Do you think you can bring this role to life? Or add your own color? Send us your application, we want to hear from you!

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor required by law to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We are also required to measure our progress toward having at least 7% of our workforce be individuals with disabilities. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had a disability. Because a person may become disabled at any time, we ask all of our employees to update their information at least every five years.

Identifying yourself as an individual with a disability is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer will be maintained confidentially and not be seen by selecting officials or anyone else involved in making personnel decisions. Completing the form will not negatively impact you in any way, regardless of whether you have self-identified in the past. For more information about this form or the equal employment obligations of federal contractors under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
