As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll leverage your development talent and knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service and Communities Clouds to help Coveo deliver intelligent digital experiences to our Customers and Partners. Be part of the team that creates a lively, dynamic and highly collaborative environment with internal business units, community members to exchange ideas, product information, and share best practices towards achieving a single view of the customer while building a community to support the entire lifecycle of our customers and partners.

At Coveo, the days are rarely the same, but to give you an idea…

  • You start your day by preparing your morning elixir from one of our many coffee machines or from home!
  • After that, you jump on a scrum call with the Community team to discuss the status of work you’ve been assigned in the current sprint
  • Once the scrum call is over you spend time translating new business requirements from the Customer Support team into technical requirements
  • You have a question regarding the business requirements so you reach out to the Community Business Analyst on Slack to clarify  
  • Well-deserved lunch break! If you feel like it, attend the lunch & learn that our new BI architect has prepared for the rest of the IT / IS department
  • After lunch you focus developing the registration and onboarding process for new Community members 
  • End your day by replying to a few emails, updating the status of JIRA tickets and documenting deployment steps in the deployment workbook
  • Rest well because tomorrow will be just as engaging and interesting!

Here’s what we’re looking for...

  • You have experience with SaaS and have a solid understanding of sales and service processes 
  • You have participated in several Salesforce end-to-end development projects and are comfortable working with a team to translate business requirements into technical requirements/ technical design
  • You have 1-3 years successful Salesforce implementation experience and preferably experience working with a Salesforce Partner. Experience with Community Cloud implementations would be an asset. 
  • You are not afraid to inquire and search for solutions in documentation.
  • You have previous experience integrating other apps and platforms with Salesforce. 
  • You hold a Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or Platform App Builder certification.  Salesforce Administrator certification would be an asset.
