Coveo is looking for a Business Analyst who knows Salesforce CRM well to play a key role in our brand-new team that is dedicated to achieving a Customer 360 (a single view of our customers across all business units) and helping continue to build our community! Thanks to your analytical mind and your recommendations,  we’ll implement ambitious initiatives and innovative ideas for our Customers and Partners in  Coveo’s Salesforce Community. Come and innovate with us on all fronts!

The days are not the same at Coveo, but to give you an idea of what to expect… 

  • Before joining your scrum, pour yourself a good cappuccino and groom the backlog that you started to set up this week.

  • After talking with your work colleagues, sit comfortably in the lounge to create user stories. You want them to be representative of the needs expressed by business stakeholders.

  • During lunch time, refresh the mind by playing a game of Smash Bros, table football, or pool. You may even enjoy our Coveo gym at the Quebec office! Working remotely? Sync back with your colleagues during our virtual Lunch & Learn or Coffee & Conversations.

  • Start your afternoon by meeting with a few team members from Customer Success and Customer Support to discuss their business processes, how they use Salesforce and their vision of the Community.

  • Then, stop by your team leader's office and clarify a few points that are blocking you in the production of your solution documentation.

  • Wrap up your day by completing a course on our web learning platform, Coveo Academy, to further understand how Coveo software works .

  • You leave satisfied with your day and are already looking forward to coming back tomorrow! The prospect of meeting with other internal teams brimming with ideas about how to turn the Coveo Community into an engaging  hub for our Customers and Partners fills you up!
  • Not located in Montreal or Quebec? That’s ok! We are also offering this opportunity to be remote within Canada!

 Are you an analytical person who pays attention to details? Are you up for a challenge to make complex technical information accessible to any audience? Do you have a collaborative spirit and are you in solution mode when a problem arises?

 At Coveo, we look for a personality first, but here is an example of characteristics that will attract our attention: 

  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience specifically working with Salesforce implementation projects on Sales, Service and Experience (formerly Community) Clouds.
  • You have 2-5 years of experience gathering the needs of internal stakeholders and know how to translate them into technical requirements.
  • You breezed through your Salesforce Administrator Certification and you are working towards getting more Salesforce certs. 
  • The Community Cloud Consultant certification would be an asset
  • You work with Jira and Confluence daily and your English is flawless!
