The Coveo team, it’s more than 300 internal users mostly in Quebec, United States, and Europe. You will be the one that knows everything about what we use, our softwares as well as hardwares. We provide our users what they really need from the newest to the most popular tools out there. This is the perfect spot to work on the best and cutting-edge technologies. Plus, you’re always welcome to try, learn and suggest new solutions to the team!

There’s no typical day, but here’s a small idea:

  • Join your team for a small morning meeting to share your recent problems and success
  • Read the new tickets that were assigned to you and organize your day and priorities
  • Enjoy your high-tech computer that helps you find the best solution for one of your priority ticket
  • Contact one of your clients (a.k.a. your colleague) to find a good moment to meet with him today, he has a problem with his laptop keyboard. You offer him a temporary solution and immediately call the manufacturer for a covered repair
  • Document the problem and your solution to help your team in the future
  • Contact another client in the US, he needs help with a display problem. You handle it remotely, of course
  • Time goes fast, your day is already over! As always, you leave the office with a strong sense of accomplishment

The go-to person

You are passionate about technology, in fact, you’re always the one to share the best news technologies to your friends. That’s also why they always come to you when they need help with their computer or when they want to buy a new tablet! You were the first to install Windows 10, you wanted to know everything about it before everyone. We will not judge you if you share that you have multiple computers at home just to test them and they all have different operating systems, you may also have a lot of equipment and cables scattered on your desk. You don’t fear MAC or Linux, you know they all have their strengths and weaknesses. As a plus, you speak both French and English.
