Be the one who improve our business technology strategically

Our Business Relation Managers (BRM) are experts in Strategic Planning and Continuous improvement, focusing on adoption of current techno and future deployment to meet business objectives. By closely collaborating with their respective teams, they are key players in the yearly Strategic planning, regular Process improvements projects and supporting the ongoing review of BUs technology request.

As agents of the Information Systems Department (IT/IS), the BRM represents the departments or teams assigned to them to ensure that they can benefit from the best technological solutions that exist on the market and within our own key corporate technologies. The BRM therefore understands the realities and process of the business teams and the technological environment to provide solutions that offer quantifiable added value. To ensure value creation, BRM must monitor their results, gather feedback, and take action using continuous improvements, providing technological advice to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI). Come and act as a champion for success to stimulate the adoption of new digital tools, technologies, process, and strategies internally.

  • Attend your morning scrum meeting to discuss with your colleagues the weekly request of the Business Unit. You want to ensure that the IT/IS Delivery teams will work and focus on the priorities of your BUs. You will take your decision: is this a project you will take, or are you going to mentor your BU in a self-service/coaching mode?
  • You take a coffee and read your messages. You have just been tagged on the #technology Slack channel. This is an article on a new type of software that could help one of your assigned teams. But first, you look into our software catalogue to see if we already have something suitable to their requirements.
  • During lunch, you benefit from Coveo’s best: re you going to lunch downtown or assist to a remote Webinar? Personal time or Growing time? Local or Remote? tough choice!
  • After lunch, you prepare for that important briefing you will give to the VP on his team applications portfolio. Current usages, cost and future requirements are at the center of your presentation. It’s showtime.
  • Then it's time to plan. Sit down with one of the business leaders in your team with whom you've built a relationship over the past quarters. You'll discuss new requests you've gathered, priorities for the next 6 months and status updates on larger initiatives both in that team and cross company. This information will be key for you to drive the IT/IS priorities.
  • You end the day with a post-mortem meeting to present the implementation results and the initial usage data for one of the systems that you recently implemented with one of your assigned teams
  • You leave excited for your busy day and you are already looking forward to tomorrow. Rest well, every day here is as stimulating!

  • Your active participation in projects including data analysis
  • You have been an admin of one or more technologies associated with Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, R&D, Procurement, Education, HR, and other critical functions.
