Ready to turn complex technical challenges into concrete success for customers?
Our Professional Services team collaborates closely with Coveo clients to ensure a seamless integration, and configuration of our highly customizable AI Cloud SaaS Solution into their environment. They work with prestigious customers such as Nespresso and Metro. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be actively involved in every step of the process, from design to production, working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. You'll do more than just code—you'll be deploying and implementing your work with the customer.

What your typical day would look like:
- You start your day off with a team meeting (scrum) to track the progress on the team’s different projects and learn by sharing innovative ideas. It's a key for idea sharing and inspiration.
- Following that, you get to work on an internal tooling project to make your colleague’s jobs easier and more efficient. Each contribution you make here has a direct impact on the productivity of your colleagues.
- Next, you work on the teams’ backlog of tasks by conducting bug fixes and ongoing projects.
- After lunch, you attend client meetings with your colleagues. You update them on your progress, discuss next steps and contribute to future implementations.
- You have a check-in meeting with your mentor to get some feedback on what you have been working on and take the opportunity to shadow what they are doing.
Here's what will qualify you for the role:
- Third-year or fourth year student studying computer science or software engineering at the Bachelor or Master’s level.
- At least one internship in a front-end or full-stack role already completed: you’re ready to build on that experience and take your skills to the next level.
- Excellent frontend coding skills: you have experience in languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Python, or Java.
- Strong communication skills: you will meet with our global customers.
- Creative problem-solving: you excel at problem-solving and always look for ways to improve processes with fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
And the cherry on top that will make you stand out:
- Interest in a consultancy role.
- Participated in programming competitions like hackathons or worked on relevant side projects.
- A curiosity-driven mindset - never afraid to ask questions and always eager to learn!
