We are seeking a seasoned HR Professional to lead our team of first-class HR Business Partners. The mission? Aligning business strategy with our talent management practices. We develop and deliver multiple programs and initiatives in order to make the organization more efficient and be an employer of choice in the tech industry.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of HR, you will coach, develop and mentor a team of talented HRBPs and steer the growth of their roles and the function. Our team is rapidly shifting to a more strategic level, where business acumen is as important as HR knowledge. You will need to use your knowledge, skills and experience to be a port between the HRBP team and other HR functions that supports our cohesive HR strategy across the organization.

More precisely, you will:

  • Lead your team on the HRBP Offerings, based on their needs and operation requirements (among others):
    - Performance management
    - Career Pathing and employee development plan
    - Employee Engagement,
  • Develop, Review and analyze key HR metrics and make recommendations that support the business objectives,
  • Be the Program Manager for the HR BP’s projects,
  • Help leaders in the setting and tracking of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and benchmark with industry standards
  • Guide leaders through change, including development of organizational structures,
  • Partner with other HR teams (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Shared-Services and Employee Experience) to implement processes, support growth plan strategies and ensure consistency across the company,
  • Manage the Operational HR yearly timeline and work on continuous improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will rely on your extensive HR diverse knowledge, your business acumen, as well as your experience leading passionate teams. 

The ideal candidate is capable of influencing and coaching leaders at all levels, while having a keen ability to turn HR strategies into deliverables. 

Sounds like you? Here is what we’ll look at in your profile: 

  • You have 10-15 years of varied HR experience with experience in a Business Partner role, including leading an HR function,
  • You’re bilingual (French and English)
  • Strong business acumen on aligning business objectives and HR strategies,
  • Proven track record of implementing programs that support the strategic objectives of the business and measure progress,
  • Experience in managing a growing organization and providing HR guidance through growth and change,
  • Knowledge of employment law in Canada (Knowledge of employment law in the US and/or Europe is a plus),

And the icing on the cake:

  • Experience in the tech industry is a big plus
  • Ability to collaborate with different HR functions and business units,
  • High EQ,
  • Optimism and desire to constantly improve by acting as an agent of change.
