Coveo’s Strategy & Business Value team is seeking a Senior Business Value Advisor to drive growth and measurable impact within the Manufacturing and Distribution vertical across North America. This role sits at the intersection of industrial complexity, advanced analytics, and executive strategy.
Manufacturing and distribution organizations operate across interconnected value chains spanning website engagement, B2B commerce, aftermarket revenue, service and support efficiency, dealer ecosystems, and employee enablement. In this role, you will quantify and realize value across these environments, translating operational and digital performance into clear financial outcomes and positioning Coveo as a strategic enterprise platform.
As our Senior Business Value Advisor (Manufacturing & Distribution), you will:
- Lead cross functional value assessments across commerce, service, support, website, and workplace environments, identifying revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost efficiency opportunities across the industrial value chain.
- Build integrated financial models that connect operational metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, case volume, self service success, escalation rate, lead generation, margin, and cost to serve to executive level financial outcomes.
- Use advanced Excel modeling and structured data analysis to identify performance gaps, quantify upside potential, and isolate key value drivers.
- Craft compelling, data backed value narratives tailored to executive stakeholders in industrial and manufacturing environments.
- Establish customer experience wide transformation visioning assets that help customers understand how they can evolve their end to end customer and employee experience with Coveo.
- Analyze post implementation performance data to validate realized value across conversion, revenue per visit, average order value, margin, and customer engagement metrics.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, industrial strategy, software-as-a-service (SaaS) value engineering, or a similarly analytical customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing or distribution business models, including business-to-business (B2B) commerce, aftermarket service, dealer networks, or technical support environments.
- Advanced Excel modeling expertise, including scenario analysis and financial projections, with experience analyzing large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to translate operational metrics into executive-level financial insights with strong communication and storytelling skills.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders in industrial or B2B environments.
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial technology sectors.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Working knowledge of structured query language (SQL) and comfort working directly with raw datasets.
