Hello everyone. Thank you for being with us today. AI is advancing at an unprecedented pace. Generative, conversational, and now Agentic capabilities are within reach of every enterprise. In the next fifteen minutes or so, I'm going to share with you some of the great opportunities in this market and some of the challenges that need to be addressed to achieve the Agentic AI full potential. So I'd like to start by saying that Agentic AI started delivering tangible results. We have early adopters that are seeing great ROI. And even if it's hard, interest is growing fast. Technology is improving and getting better. But broad adoption of AI still remains a challenge. According to the survey, perception of gains of AI is different between C level executives and regular workers. Penetration is uneven, so real successes are vital. So accuracy and trust are critical. In this global survey from McKinsey in June twenty five, inaccuracy was ranking as the top AI related risk for respondents. LLM hallucination is still a hard to resolve issue and explainability is required. So content cannot be part of Agentic workflows unless it can be fully trusted. So this so called trust gap, this is not an LLM problem. LMs do not know your enterprise. The enterprise data is secured, it is fragmented, it is evolving very quickly. So only retrieval can drive accuracy, relevance, and precision that is required to power great at Generative Answered and now Agentic AI. So, Coveo has been in this business for many years, as you know, and we have many customers that were fortunate to have selected Coveo and leveraging our platform and our Rag infrastructure to generate the highest accuracy in terms of answers and also to start powering their Agentic AI workflows. But now the world is evolving very quickly, very rapidly. Personal assistance and Agentic AI platforms are growing rapidly within the enterprise. It is about specialization that fuels diversification basically. Each of them has something special for them. So these technologies are now deployed within the enterprise and we could categorize them in two big groups. So we've got the personal assistants that where they're basically following users in their daily work. So think about ChatGPT Enterprise, Anthropic Cloud, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Quick Suite. So they are there to provide answers to users and also help them into their daily tasks like generating content and providing suggestions of what to execute. Now, the second group that is growing very fast also is the Agentic AI platforms. So think of Salesforce Agentforce, SAP, Jewel, Amazon Bedrock, Snowflake Intelligence, Sierra AI now, and Microsoft Copilot two is in that category. So, this is about executing tasks, achieving goals for users and running on AI and orchestration and reasoning. So this category needs even more accuracy to execute their task properly. Coveo sits at the foundational level. Coveo has access to the enterprise content through a unified index. It adds hybrid relevance on top of it to provide great accuracy. It's got behavioral analytics to understand what's going on. And the security part is critically important within the enterprise, as you can understand. So what Coveo does is make all of this content available through security and relevance and make it available inside personal assistance and Gentic AI platforms. So, Coveo augments and enriches those different technologies that are becoming an important part of the interface of the user interface of the future. Coveo just announced the general availability of its MCP server. So all of these different technologies now have a single point of access to Coveo. We're using our MCP server and Coveo can be available within those products and also more additional products that will support MCP servers. And very soon Coveo will start releasing another level of AI agentic capabilities that we call Coveo agents. So we're going, we're planning to deliver a search agent, a discovery agent more in e commerce and an insight agent that will be available to optimize configurations for customers, Coveo configurations for customers. All of this will communicate through WMCP again and will be able to be orchestrated within Gentic AI platform. On top of that, Coveo will release its own fully managed Gentic app around conversational self-service, conversational commerce, and admin console. So let's look at some examples. Here, Coveo augments and rich ChatGPT Enterprise by surfacing proprietary content around technical information from the road map, from the Coveo road map in the future. And it's part of the conversational ability of ChatGPT to stitch and augment the conversation using this technical information. Now, this is also available through classic search and generative answering. So there is consistency across those different experiences. In this example with an entropic clot, Coveo surfaces technical information from manuals and product information and makes it available in a consolidated fashion with an entropic clot. So the conversation can happen with an entropic clot, but the content, the data, and the facts are coming from Coveo and those various data sources have been indexed. And finally, the context of pure commerce, Coveo powers multiple search experiences and product display pages and category pages at customers like this one. Bunnings is a worldwide leader in home improvement. So in this example here, classic search, right? So a user will search for pressure washers. It's got some suggestion, got a great result page that can be sliced and diced and navigated through. But another user, another customer may prefer a conversational interface. And this is available within Bunnings. So conversational acts a little bit differently. The question may be a little bit longer. So in this example here, I want to clean my driveway. Any advice on pressure washers? Show me the best products. You want the process and the results to be consistent with search. So in this example here, the AI will ask the user, so give me a little bit more context. I'd love to have a little bit more precision. For example, is it electric or petrol models, for instance? So the user will type electric and there you go. You've got the best results coming from the same index, from the same product catalog, using the same relevance than the regular search page. So consistency is critical across all of those different touch points And Coveo ensures that this is happening through its index and its hybrid relevance. So finally, how does Coveo operationalize trust? Provide one unified index for customers. So it connects all content sources. There's no migration required to make it available within those Gentic AI platforms. Coveo provides permission aware answers. So results are adapted by users and role within enterprise, and they are enforced automatically. Coveo provides full source traceability, so every answer is inspectable and auditable. And finally, Coveo provides enterprise grade control. So governance and compliance are built in the system into the administration. So it's fairly easy to configure and it's fairly straightforward also to manage and govern the whole process. So with that, I want to thank you for your time.
