Priscila Garcia is Chief Customer Officer at Coveo where she leads the company’s global Customer organization. She is responsible for aligning Account Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Value Engineering and our Field CTO office, into a unified approach focused on delivering measurable customer impact, accelerating time to value and enabling scalable adoption of AI powered solutions.
With over two decades of experience in enterprise software Priscila brings a unique blend of delivery customer success and commercial leadership. She began her career in services operations and delivery shaping her belief that customers ultimately measure success by value realized and trust built not milestones achieved.
Prior to joining Coveo Priscila held senior leadership roles at PTC where she managed a global book of business exceeding $350m and led new logo acquisition for the SLM International business. At ServiceMax she served as VP of Global Account Management responsible for customer success, retention and expansion. Earlier in her career she held leadership positions at GE Digital and Alfresco building deep expertise in digital transformation global team leadership and value based growth strategies. Priscila is known for her ability to lead complex customer organizations and drive strong alignment across teams to deliver consistent value and long term customer partnerships.
