With more than 15 years of expertise in findability, taxonomy design, and knowledge management, Justin has dedicated his career to making information easier to discover, understand, and use.
In his role at Coveo, Justin partners closely with customers to help their organizations meet evolving user needs while also influencing product development and R&D in a rapidly changing search landscape.
Before joining Coveo, Justin spent a decade at Dell Technologies developing search strategies that improved user experience and strengthened enterprise knowledge ecosystems. During his tenure, he led initiatives that enhanced findability and made information more accessible and actionable across the organization.
Justin’s academic foundation in Business Administration, combined with certifications in KMI, KCS v6 Practices, and Taxonomy Design, shapes his practical, user‑centered approach to solving complex information challenges.

Hunter Brady leads global product discovery at ADI Global Distribution, where he has been instrumental in reimagining how customers navigate and find products across a massive catalog. A dynamic digital product owner, Hunter was recognized as ADI’s 2024 Digital Experience Team Member of the Year for solving the company’s #1 customer pain point: onsite search. He oversees search, global navigation, SEO, and product listing strategies, and drives roadmap execution through a data-first, agile lens.
With a background in eCommerce analytics, Hunter’s superpower is combining deep user insight with storytelling to craft frictionless digital journeys. At Relevance 360, Hunter shares how ADI is putting search relevance to work — not just for improved CX, but as a core driver of conversion, satisfaction, and strategic growth.

With over two decades of experience in enterprise software Priscila brings a unique blend of delivery customer success and commercial leadership. She began her career in services operations and delivery shaping her belief that customers ultimately measure success by value realized and trust built not milestones achieved.
Prior to joining Coveo Priscila held senior leadership roles at PTC where she managed a global book of business exceeding $350m and led new logo acquisition for the SLM International business. At ServiceMax she served as VP of Global Account Management responsible for customer success, retention and expansion. Earlier in her career she held leadership positions at GE Digital and Alfresco building deep expertise in digital transformation global team leadership and value based growth strategies. Priscila is known for her ability to lead complex customer organizations and drive strong alignment across teams to deliver consistent value and long term customer partnerships.

Richard Tessier

Richard Tessier is co-founder of Coveo and serves as Senior Vice President, Applied AI Solutions and Field Chief Technology Officer. With over 20 years of experience in search and applied AI, Mr. Tessier works closely with customers to unlock generative AI value across their organization. Previously SVP Products, he helped steer Coveo's evolution from enterprise search to an AI-powered relevance platform. Prior to his role at Coveo, Mr. Tessier was Director of Software Development at Copernic, where he oversaw the enterprise search software division. In 2005, he played a key role in the successful spin-off of this division into what is now Coveo. Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Laval University.

Peter Curran is the General Manager of Commerce at Coveo. Over the years, he has worked across various eCommerce business models, categories, and company sizes. Peter co-founded and acted as President and Head of Sales for Cirrus10, a Web Content Management and Ecommerce Technology consultancy. Cirrus10 was acquired by Lucidworks in 2019. At Lucidworks he served as GM of Commerce, SVP Go to Market, and CRO. Peter then managed his own strategic consulting firm, implementing and tuning Constructor.io and OpenSearch. With 30 years of experience in enterprise technology, Peter has dedicated the last 15 years to enhancing product discovery across diverse industries, use cases, and platforms.
