Hi. I'm Esme, part of the product management team here at Coveo. So welcome to this three minute demo video about how Coveo can personalize Salesforce communities. So this is a lightning community that's focused around a company, that sells fitness devices and equipment called Speedbit. So let me show you how Coveo can enhance the customer experience here. So let's say a user wants to figure out how to pair the Speedbit device that they just bought with, so how to pair that with their phone. They might decide to look that up in the search bar here. So, notice search suggestions popping up. These are being recommended by one of Coveo's machine learning models based on previous successful searches by other users. So notice that it still suggests great searches even though there's a typo in the first word there. So here is a Coveo search page where we have recommended results at the top that have been automatically boosted by Coveo's machine learning. So let's click on one of them. And this is a knowledge article page. And before getting into what Coveo can do here, I'm just gonna pop open this demo widget, so that we can get a glimpse into the kind of information that Coveo can use to make sure we're recommending the right, content to the right user. So this user isn't logged in right now, but we can pull some information from the browser that they're using so we can know what language they prefer, their device, their location. Kaveo is also gonna be tracking all of this user's activity on the community, so what they click on, search for, view, all that sort of thing. And Coveo is also gonna use that data to group the user into topics of interest, and this is what we're going to use to personalize an experience in the community as a visit evolves. Alright? So knowing that, here in this case, Coveo is able to recommend videos, searches, and community posts here, that typically interest the user that view this same, article. So if our user heads back to the home page, here as well, Koveo can leverage, the user's activity to recommend, content that should interest this user. So it can use we can use be sorry, behavioral data from this session as well as other sessions to do that. Now if our user logs in, now with that information, we can actually pull the user's contact information from your CRM. So that might be Salesforce or another system. And we now know some specific aspects of the user, and we can use that to make more one to one personalization, personalized recommendations here. So in this case, we know that the product owned by our user is a speed bit Blaze, so we can make specific recommendations on that. And we also know that they're interested in running, so we can make recommendations here as well. We could have as many recommendations widgets like this as, as we wish. And, yep, that wraps up the quick demo to show how we can personalize a community using Coveo.
