And if you wanna see any of the other new Coveo sessions that have already aired, please head over to our to watch them now on demand. And so Mukalika and I are really excited to be presenting with to you all today. At Coveo, we're really overhauling our digital workplace story this year to drive further innovation across the end to end digital employee experience for two thousand twenty four. Now when we think about the digital workplace, we're really reimagining it as a connected intelligence space for your employees to get together, connect, and really really, work at their most proficient and productive. And so as Coveo, we really want to be your partner in digital transformation because innovation starts from within, and the workplace of tomorrow is already here with Coveo. With the right partner, it's streamlined, straightforward, and continuously improving. And Coveo also wants to help to extend the value of your existing systems as well to amplify knowledge from anywhere effortlessly with one unified interface to help equip your teams with the knowledge they need to succeed to benefit both your customers and bottom line. And, of course, at the end of the day today, at the end of the day as well, we want to nurture engagement and proficiency as well to help you not only attract the best talent, but to help your employees be the best with engaging technology that'll lower effort scores and improve cost savings. And so when we imagine the digital workplace experience, we're really reimagining it one department at a time across our sales, marketing, account management portals in front of your front office to your modern intranets, HR, IT portals, legal and contract, research and engineering. Coveo really is a wonderful robust product that really excels across your entire digital workplace even to the back office when we think about things like your help desk enablement, when we're imagining situations where employees are helping other employees to really drive that cost savings. And, of course, again, too, we're looking at it too from the front office perspective as well, taking a look at department portals like sales, marketing, account management, customer service too to have those direct revenue impacts and to better serve your customers too. And, of course, we have a full suite of AI models, about seven AI models currently, to help assist with that. And also features too, like expertise locator, Coveo for ServiceNow, our unified hybrid index, and Coveo for Slack. And so this year at Nu and Coveo, we have some really exciting innovation themes that Mukulika will go into further detail about. We're gonna be exploring elevated connectivity to unify content and to enhance knowledge discovery across complex tech ecosystems like ServiceNow, SharePoint, and your in house systems. We're also dedicated to future proofing your tech stack with atomic and headless updates for advanced customization and continuous innovation. We're also here to help with ex enhanced accessibility and usability for our relevance generative answering solution with our builder and versatile multi use case and multi UI approach. Our CEO, Louie, always talks about too how knowledge management is a really important and incredible opportunity for generative AI to really excel, and we can really see that happening at our company too. And finally, we wanna deliver the full Coveo platform experience to both your customers and employees at scale to power relevance across the entire enterprise for maximum ROI. And so these themes are going to extend across our themes for new and Coveo today. We've bucketed our different innovations and features across connectivity and integration, search and UI, machine learning, data and reporting, and the platform experience. Mukulika, you can take it away. Oh, thank you, everyone. Thank you, Patricia. Hi, everyone. My name is Mulkulika. And as she mentioned, I will be walking you through some of our our key updates, from the last couple of months. So let's start off with connectivity and integration. Up first, we have our SharePoint online connector. So SharePoint online is one of our top adopted connectors when it comes to workplace and Internet use cases. And one of the challenges that we face with this connector or any source type, in fact, indexing workplace content is regarding performance and content freshness. With enterprise workplace use cases, we're usually dealing with large volumes of content where it's sometimes difficult to know what is relevant and what is not. So through this connector, we want to be able to better guide our customers to scope the documents that they index so they know what's relevant to them and what's not. To help with this, we've added several enhancements to SharePoint online, like some filtering options based on metadata exclusions as well as date and time. We've also added some improvements to have operations run-in parallel to improve the overall indexing time to have fresh content a lot quicker. And all this to say that SharePoint online is one of our strategic connector when it comes to workplace, and we plan to continue investing in it and adding more improvements to it as we get more feedback. Next, we have the site map connector. So with the site map, we did a UI revamp to make the UI more simple and user friendly to use. We've added several parameters that were previously only modifiable in the JSON configuration, now directly modifiable in the UI, which makes it a lot more easier to use. We've also added a default web scraping configuration to the sitemap connector. So prior to this feature, users were able to define scraping configurations, but it was very complex and very time consuming. However, with this new default web scraping configuration that we released, it's a lot more easier to configure with just a few clicks on the UI. We also made it very easy to implement multiple web scraping configurations to the same page. So in the past, one needed to duplicate rules in various configurations, but now any rule that targets the current page would be applied. Additionally, we also have a web scraper helper Chrome extension that exists today that can be used to help these help test these web scraping configurations and see exactly how it gets applied to your page before you actually use it in your source. And with the web connectors, similar to Sitemap, we also included the default web scraping configuration. So you're able to leverage these new improvements in both the sitemap and web connectors. So we highly recommend that you check out our linked documentation to see if this is something that can bring value to your configurations for these sources. Now let's walk through some of the updates with our search and UI. Up first, we have the Coveo builder. So for those who do not know, the Coveo builder is a tool in our Coveo administration console that allows customers to use out of the box components to easily build any service experience, such as the hosted insight panel, the next gen IPX, or a simple basic search page. And this is a very powerful tool for a workplace customer who wishes to integrate either a service experience or a search experience to their solution without having to do any coding at all and just use a drag and drop functionality. So now that we have a better idea on what the Coveo Builder is, let's walk through some of the latest features that we've been working on, the interfaces that use this builder. So first, we have the hosted search page. So the hosted search page is a builder interface that allows customers to build, design, configure, and deploy directly from the Coveo administration console. This feature fits with multiple workplace use cases because it can be used across different sites, communities, portals, and much more. This interface contains support for several features, including dynamic navigation, smart snippets, and the latest that I'm sure you've heard of, relevance generative answering. And the best part is that you can benefit all of these features through just a few clicks on the UI, which makes it very user friendly and easy to use. Here we have the IPX, which is known as the in product experience. So this interface is also based on the Coveo builder, and it can be incorporated into any of your websites or service management applications. And a few enhancements that we've included lately are version history, which essentially allows you to view, manage, and restore previous versions of your configurations for your IPX. We also added the capability to simplify the setup process by adding automated pipeline and model creation. And finally, we also have relevance generative answering available, which can be turned on at the click of a button. Some updates regarding our UI frameworks and libraries. So as you know, our headless and atomic libraries are our very own UI frameworks that help our implementers build their search page interfaces. Some quick updates regarding this. Firstly, we are planning to release our v three major version very soon for both headless and atomic that's planned for sometime end of q two with some exciting new features. However, with that, we also plan to to end support for our old v one version later this year. I want to highlight that end of support is not necessarily a. Your existing implementations on v one will still continue as expected. However, in order to encourage our customers to stay up to date with our latest features and enhancements, we will not be supporting v one starting the dates that are mentioned here. Of course, these are tentative dates, and if there are any changes, we'll be sure to let you guys know. We also have dedicated guides that help our customers migrate from an older version to a newer one, And we also have dedicated product life cycle pages for both headless and atomic, which I recommend you checking out if you want to stay up to date with our latest versions that we release and be also up to date when an older version will not be maintained anymore. Now that we've went through our search and UI, now let's talk about some updates with our machine learning. So here, this slide is to show you that our Coveo relevance generative answering can be used across most, if not all, service touch points. So you can have it in your search application site. You can have it within your service management application, your CRM, your intranet, or even within a chatbot style interface. And all of that just goes to show how it can scale across a huge enterprise. Here, generative answering in your agent experience. So, essentially, this is to show that generative answering is available through our builders. So it's available in any agent console that you may use, and it leverages the same component as our other CRGA experiences. So on the screenshot, you can see generative answering being used in our Coveo hosted insight panel, which we released in mid q one earlier this year. We just talked about IPX. So here is to show you once again how you can instantly boost the value of your application, not only with an IPX search, but by including GenAI in the solution. And the best part is that you can do this through your builder, so it's a low code, no solution. Follow-up questions. So this is a new feature enhancement that we want to add to our relevance generative answering. Essentially, it will allow the end user to ask their question, and then we'll generate an answer. And our machine learning models will be able to provide follow-up questions without having the user to click on any item. And this will in turn allow the end users to have a more efficient self-service experience. This feature is still very early access, but if you are interested, let us know, and we can put you in touch with your appropriate point of contact. Conversational experiences. So this feature, once again, provides the user with the dynamic conversational experience. So in this case, the end user can write their query, get a generated answer, and can ask more questions, allowing users to explore the topic more in-depth. This will, in turn, enrich the user experience of the user by engaging them in a conversation and also enhancing self-service as a whole. This too is a feature that is still very early access, but we are always looking to test this with our customers. So let us know if this is of interest to you. Rich text formatting. So this feature essentially enhances the RGA components text formatting. Currently, the component only does simple text, but we want to enhance this by the end of q two so that the text format is more visually appealing and digestible. And finally, multilingual support. So this feature will allow end users to engage in a multilingual dialogue with our our relevance generative answering component. We plan to add, support for the French language, sometime end of q two and add the additional languages in the following quarters. Now let's walk through some key updates with data and reporting. New event tracking protocol. So we now have a new event tracking protocol, which is going to eventually replace our legacy usage analytics tracking. So this new protocol is meant to simplify the search and event tracking to minimize onboarding time and improve data quality so that we can better power and train our machine learning models. New and existing customers have the option to start using and testing this new event protocol in our v two version of headless and atomic. It is a configurable option in v two. However, when v three of headless and atomic are out and released, we will only be supporting this new protocol. With this event tracking protocol, we have a Chrome extension called Coville Explorer that can be used to validate the events during development. So this extension is essentially meant to provide insights into your implementations by validating your event payloads, to ensure that they are structured properly and contain the necessary fields and data type. And finally, some quick update regarding platform experience. So here we have the projects feature. So if you didn't hear about this yet, the projects feature essentially allows customers to take better control of their implementations here at Coveo. So especially for customers who are multiuse case enterprises, using projects can bring huge benefits because it will help you manage and optimize your search experience by focusing on one use case at a time. The main important note here is that there are many more planned improvements to this feature. The end goal is that we want to make Coveo very easy to use even if you have a lot of different use cases and a lot of different resources on the platform. We're really excited to have more beta testers use this and give us feedback. So, again, if this is of interest to you, please let us know. And now I'll pass it back to you, Patricia, with some concluding words. Thank you so much, Mukulika, and really great presentation. These features are so exciting. And so at the end of the day, our goal at Coveo is to really help you excel at your digital employee experience strategy. We would love to help you connect the enterprise by unifying knowledge, again, across your company to help improve employee proficiency, self-service, and cost savings while amplifying the impact of your employee experience investments as well to empower your teams not only to succeed at a greater scale, but to help reap greater ROI with a platform that really grows with you and your evolving needs. And as we can see, the value of Coveo's value can really be felt across all use cases, especially for the workplace across your Internet portals, employee self-service, departmental solutions, and help desk enablement with things like time spent searching and information gathering, shorter sales cycle times, shorter case handle times, and higher employee satisfaction. And so don't forget, you can access the rest of our new and Coveo sessions at coveo dot com. This is the final session of New and Coveo for this spring. So if you'd like to see the service website and ecommerce editions of New and Coveo, they're really great. I highly recommend you can watch them at our website. And don't forget as well, we also have the Zach Cass master class, who is an AI futurist and former head of market at OpenAI. And you'll learn how to get some real Gen AI results from him. And if you'd like to see some more resources for we have a few learning modules available on LevelUp as well as our page with all of our latest resources and features as well. If you'd like to dive deeper, You'll also have access to our new and Coveo kit as well. That'll link you to our docs site as well. And that that's that's all that we had for today. Thank you all so much for joining us. We have time for a q and a session, so I'm just gonna take a look at the questions on the screen in our chat. This is exciting. Let's see. Perfect. So, Muka, we have a few questions If you wanna turn on your camera. So thank you. So okay. We have a really great question. My colleagues and I are looking to make knowledge more accessible across our Internet, but we have too much data. What are some of the best practices you've seen for indexing content on SharePoint? Good question. So, I think there's a few things that we can do when indexing SharePoint online content. Mhmm. First, I would say, scope your content as much as possible. So only index what's relevant to you. So exclude any irrelevant items. Use our filters, and different extensions that, are available to you so that you only index what you need. Secondly, I would say use certificates, to access the SharePoint online API rather than user accounts whenever possible, because certificates, tend to have a higher rate limits than user accounts. So it can help you, to avoid throttling issue with your setup. And finally, I would say split your sources when possible. So this will allow you to spread your scheduled updates across all of the different sources. So that will allow you to retain all of the the big volume of content that you have, but you can get quicker updates if you have them spread out. So I would say those are the few things I would keep in mind. But we also have a best practice documentation that's available for our our SharePoint online connectors. So I highly recommend when you configure this source to check out that documentation. That's really helpful, and it's true. It can be a little bit daunting to try to boil the entire ocean. So being able to have those filters, can really help people be a little bit more intentional too about what they index. That's that's really fascinating. Let's see. I have another one. What are the best what are the best success metrics you've encountered for Gen AI in the workplace? Okay. This one's a really interesting one because Gen AI metrics for the workplace, a lot of them are still being measured. Gen AI is still a new technology. I would say straight off the bat, some of the most interesting metrics that you can get or KPIs, I'd say probably seeing which documents are being used for these generated responses the most. If we're thinking about kind of like the SharePoint example we had from earlier, I think one of the most important things when it comes to Gen AI in the workplace is is that content curation, right, and not having too many documents. So getting that feedback from where your answers are being generated the most will really help you be intentional and curate, the content that you have to deliver these better, more focused answers that are helpful. Another one we've seen too. Interestingly, we could even say, like, case deflection as well if we see Gen AI in the workplace for a self service use case. Sorry. Not for a self for an agent service use case as well to get those answers to the agents faster to help solve these customer issues quicker. What do you think, Moku? Yeah. I think, you tackled it pretty well. Like, other points could include, like, answer accuracy. So checking if, you know, Gen AI is actually helping your employees get the right answers that they need. Looking at ESAT scores, so seeing if the overall employee satisfaction is giving a positive response. And, again, as you mentioned, self-service success. So, how often are these searches leading to case creation? So if you have a low number of cases being created, then that means Gen AI is working because users are able to resolve this a lot more quickly. But yeah. And, also, just a quick note, we do have a BVA team that specializes and, works, with our customers to help create and measure these success metrics. So we highly recommend that you touch base with our BBVA team if this is something of interest to you. Yeah. They're really mapping out really interesting metrics and findings as well. They're they're so cool. Well, thank you so much, Muku. I think that's all the time we have for questions today. Thank you all so much for joining us for New and Coveo, the final session. This has been such a pleasure and really great job, Mooku. I'm so proud of us.
