Hi. I'm Nigel Piper. I'm an executive general manager at zero. Zero is a SaaS platform, born in the cloud, accounting software, payroll, and increasingly ecosystem connecting small businesses to their advisors and governments, all around the world. So in my world, I look after customer success So customer success is made up all of our customer support teams all around the world. I also look after our curriculum and content teams in our education teams. So bringing all of that, back together and and delivering a fantastic service to customers So we've had a number of challenges over the last probably ten years. We're we're ten years old. So when I joined, we had about, a hundred thousand custom So it seemed like it's an enormous number. But in that last five years that I've been around, we've grown that to to the one point four million customers today. How do you scale support to millions and millions of customers globally. So I think personalization, in the customer support space has really changed over the last three or four years. I think people's expectation of services just changed hugely. They want you to use the information that you've got. They wanna use want you to use that in a really positive way. And so for us, the challenge is saying, well, we know a little bit about a customer. We know what they're trying to do. And so how do we make sure that we serve up that content that absolutely makes them more successful? The key is serving up more So before you even know you've got a problem, before you even know what the challenge is, how do we help you be more successful? How do we serve up content that actually, hits a mark? So I think Machine Learning's the big game changer for the for support and the experiences that actually people have. So now we've finally got a place and for companies like Zero, is just seen as innovation through machine learning. So from a, from a platform, perspective, we can be very different of how we look after customers, but we can also use that machine learning capability to be far better than we've ever done before. We can we can learn from how people search, we can learn from people ask questions, and although we've had limits of that in the past, we've never truly understood that and and just allowed the machine to understand how customers might frame a question or reference a point. This is where Coveo really came into its own. So as people now Coveo into our zero central site, whatever they ask for serves content from a variety of different places, but it looks seamless and it looks stunning as it comes through. So I think customer reaction will be really positive. I think, again, the expectations of customers have, has changed. People want more. They want you to use that data, but they want you to use it in a really clever way. And so what we love seeing is people that are stuck I can't find something, suddenly find this beautiful content in a really easy to use way, much easier than they've ever done before. So we've already seen massive amounts more, content being served up through our platform. So people are staying on our platform longer. They're viewing more pages, and and and that's a fantastic, trait for us. People are learning how to use zero. They're learning how to be successful in their small business. So we've been working for Kavea with probably about eighteen months or so now. And we've really enjoyed the experience. To to me, it's still about the relationships. It's still working with people that you trust. And you respect, and you think can, you can improve how you do things. And so we had an immediate, sort of, credibility with Coveo. We we love the interactions. We were challenged about some of the things that we were doing. We could challenge back, but we saw this innovation in this wall of of creativity that they do really sets it apart, and we're just, delighted to be part of the relationship with it.
