Visio delivers enhanced customer self-service, keeps critical information updated at lightning speed and streamlines our product development processes. Coveo gives us granular insight into a customer's journey on our support site allowing us to know which articles are the most effective and which need to be clearer. Cavell's machine learning helps give customers relevant articles based on what's been searched for by other customers. We don't have to guess about what customers need anymore. Coveo does it for us. Our sales team meets every way with channel partners to plan out demand for the product they carry, and a lot of Salesforce information changes at a rapid pace. Grid Buddy allows team member to make multiple changes from a single grid view and once confirmed, they only have to save changes once. GridBuddy has saved our team hundreds of hours of effort. Using propel, we've been able to take product development processes that rely on emails, spreadsheets, and PDFs, and put it into a single source of truth. This eliminates manual data reentry, plus the chance a crucial specification gets overlooked in an email. With AppExchange, we're always innovating always improving.
