Coveo Customers to Showcase Intelligent Search at Dreamforce 2015

Coveo for Salesforce customers headline a series of speaking sessions, executive discussions and events that Coveo will lead at the cloud computing event of the year

Coveo, a leading provider of intelligent search apps, today announced that the company will be leading a series of speaking sessions, discussions, and dinners at Dreamforce 2015, and has launched a new search-based app to allow attendees to more easily navigate the thousands of Dreamforce sessions at this year’s conference.

Headlining all of Coveo’s events will be a customer speaking session entitled “Intelligent Search: Self-Service Experiences that Triple Deflection Rates.” At this session, attendees will learn from various Coveo for Salesforce customers how providing employees, customers and partners with contextually relevant knowledge and expertise at the moment of need can empower them to accomplish more online. David Wylie, Manager of Partner Central Operations at VMware, will showcase how VMware is using unified search to add contextual intelligence to Salesforce to improve partner engagement. VMware, the industry-leading virtualization software company, required a highly secure intelligent search platform to transform their Partner Portal experience to improve engagement and increase sales for the channel that produces 80% of company revenue while reducing the number of inquiries into its Partner Support Center. This session will be held on September 17th at 10:30 am at the Palace Hotel. 

“The VMware Partner Portal is about enabling our partners to be successful, whether that’s registering a deal, getting trained, checking on incentives, closing opportunities, etc.,” Wylie says. “Coveo search helps our partners accelerate their ability to find what they need, execute and get to the business of selling and servicing their customers.”In another session, Coveo’s Director of Sales Engineering, Sawan Deshpande, and SVP of Products, Richard Tessier, will lead a session entitled “Using Lightning & Coveo Intelligent Search to Build an Awesome Community” on Thursday, September 17th from 3:00-3:45 pm at the Salesforce Community Cloud Campground Theater. Attendees will be shown how communities become more engaging when they proactively connect visitors with the answers, content and experts they need quickly and efficiently.

Coveo launched the Dreamforce Session Explorer, a free app that helps attendees navigate the hundreds of Dreamforce sessions  as well as view session- and speaker-related content to enhance their learning experiences. Though only leveraging a fraction of the broader capabilities of Coveo’s Intelligent Search Platform, this app is a fun way to browse #DF15 content and discover new information about the conference speakers and topics. The app is free and available on desktop and on the App Store and Play Store. 

Coveo will be holding meetings as well as several Service Leaders dinners hosted by Coveo’s VP of Customer Success, Jennifer MacIntosh, who will share her extensive knowledge around support transformation, self-service success and KCS. Meetings will take place in the exclusive Dreamforce Connect space - an upscale networking area located right across the street from the Moscone Center.
