Diane Berry of Coveo to Speak at 2014 Gilbane Conference

SVP of Market Strategy will discuss benefits of enterprise search technologies

Coveo announced today that SVP of Market Strategy Diane Berry will participate in a panel discussion at the 2014 Gilbane Conference in Boston, M.A.

Berry will present how enterprise search solutions and strategies are enabling organizations to more effectively apply content, web, mobile, and marketing technologies, and “upskilling” knowledge workers by improving proficiency and productivity.

The panel Berry will participate in, entitled “Digital Workplace Strategies for Knowledge Sharing” will show how the value of information is enhanced when the user is driving how they will find knowledge, where they will seek it and what it will be used for. Berry, along with two other panelists, will provide perspectives on how content and knowledge management systems must be focused on the role of the user.

“The Gilbane Conference provides an important opportunity for the content, mobile and web community to come together and discuss how companies can and should enable the digital workplace to better engage employees, a precursor to engaging customers,” said Berry. “I’m looking forward to discussing how highly advanced enterprise search has become a key enabler of the digital workplace, providing the right content at the right time to upskill employees in the flow of work.”

The 2014 Gilbane Conference is about helping organizations apply technology to increase engagement by improving the digital experiences of their customers, employees, and partners. This means understanding what technologies can and can’t do, what practices in applying them succeed or fail, how to effectively analyze data and apply results, and how to plan for rapid changes in market and technology evolution. Companies need to be agile and able to incorporate an indeterminate number of digital and physical channels with different form factors and capabilities, and they need to do so in ways that protect and enhance their brand.
