Coveo Sweeps Spring 2014 Awards Season For Bringing Content into Context

CRM Magazine, CUSTOMER Magazine and KM World Honor Coveo and Its Search & Relevance Technology

Coveo Coveo today announced multiple recent awards, honoring the company and the applications built on its Search & Relevance Platform, which deliver in real-time the most relevant, context-aware information for every customer, every website visitor and every employee.

CRM Magazine’s Service Leaders Award for Contact Center Search: Coveo named a “must-have” technology


CRM Magazine named Coveo for Service & Support Knowledge Access as a "must-have" technology for support organizations, as Coveo won three of four categories for Contact Center Search. Coveo was named best in Customer Satisfaction, Depth of Functionality and Five-year Software and Maintenance Cost, coming in second in only one published category, to the much larger Salesforce.com. The Coveo for Salesforce application is enabling a knowledge revolution within Salesforce Service Cloud and Communities, by automatically bringing contextually relevant information from across the enterprise and beyond, as well as full advanced search directly into view for Salesforce users.

One of the award judges, John Ragsdale, vice president of technology research at the Technology Services Industry Association, said of Coveo: "Their technology automates much of the implementation, lowering cost and speeding up the process.
