We’re proud to announce that Coveo has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People in 2026 by Canada’s Top 100 Employers.
At Coveo, welcoming early-career talent means more than offering a job. It’s about recognizing potential, providing the right tools and guidance, trusting individuals with impactful work, and supporting them as they take their first steps into their professional careers.
This recognition reflects the intention behind how we hire, onboard, and develop early-career talent, as well as the environment we strive to create every day: one where curiosity is encouraged, growth is supported, and contributions truly matter.

Empowering Curiosity and Growth
Development at Coveo isn’t left to chance. It’s intentionally supported through structure, mentorship, and clear learning paths that help interns build confidence and capability.
From day one, interns are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Their experience begins with a dedicated corporate onboarding during their first week, followed by a structured 30-day learning path designed to help them understand our product, teams, and ways of working.
Beyond formal learning, interns are invited into the broader Coveo community. They participate in events that connect them with fellow interns and employees across the company, attend learning sessions, and share their experiences through final presentations.
Most importantly, learning at Coveo happens through doing. Interns work on real projects, contribute to real teams, are encouraged to ask questions, and try new things, with support from mentors and teammates at every step.
From Internship to Full-Time Impact
At Coveo, internships are designed with the future in mind. Interns aren’t hired to observe from the sidelines, they’re trusted with meaningful responsibilities, evaluated on real contributions, and supported as they grow into confident professionals.
Throughout their internships, managers and mentors work closely with interns to provide feedback, guidance, and clarity on expectations. As interns develop their skills and demonstrate their impact, some are given opportunities to continue their journey at Coveo through returning internships or full-time roles after graduation.
This transition reflects a culture built on mentorship, real-world experience, and long-term growth. We’re able to build lasting relationships with emerging talent and support the next generation of Coveo employees as they take the next step in their careers.
Being named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People is meaningful for us as it reflects the time, care, and intention we put into developing the next generation of talent. That’s why we invest in thoughtful onboarding, ongoing feedback, and opportunities to build both technical skills and professional confidence. We’re helping shape the next generation of Coveo talent and leaders.
