A celebration of the success-drivers around Coveo’s ecosystem
At Coveo, our partner community plays an essential role in helping our shared customers accomplish their goals. We value each of these individuals and want to formally recognize their invaluable contributions and brilliance through our Coveo Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Program!
Since the program launched in 2020, we have received excellent feedback from our MVPs. “Coveo is an incredible platform and partner with a growing community,” states Dan Cruickshank, President of Fishtank Consulting and Coveo MVP. “Being an MVP makes me feel at least two inches taller.”
Our MVPs are the first to know about updates and events relevant to our partners. We host Lunch & Learns featuring various subject matter experts and always look forward to our MVP’s feedback and ideas. “The Coveo MVP designation reinforces our deep commitment to participate in the Coveo community,” says Eric Immermann, Practice Director, Search and Content at Perficient & Coveo MVP. “We are constantly developing our knowledge of the Coveo platform to help our customers succeed.”
In addition to the formal professional recognition of MVP status, Coveo MVPs are invited to bi-monthly enablement sessions that preview key upcoming updates to the Coveo platform and strategy.
“In our business, knowledge sharing is crucial,” said Tom Melzl, Chief Revenue Officer at Coveo. “We are building a knowledge-driven community which wouldn’t be possible without acknowledging the contribution of individuals who are sharing their specialized expertise throughout all stages of our product lifecycle.”
What does it take to be an MVP? Applicants were evaluated by a cross-team committee in the following six fields and those selected as MVP were determined to excel in several areas:
- Platform Mastery
- Deployment Expertise
- Content Creation
- Thought Leadership
- Product Input
- Creative Positioning
“Our MVPs have exemplified the Coveo vision and provided enormous value to our joint customers,” states Marie-Michele Caron, SVP Alliances. “A long time in the making, we are very excited to announce our cohort of MVPs for 2022 to such a crucial group of the Coveo Community.“
It is with great excitement that we announce our champions for the incredible contributions they’ve made to the Coveo community and highlight their individual expertise.

This community came about during the most challenging time across industry – a global pandemic. From the beginning, the interaction and camaraderie within the Coveo landscape has been truly remarkable.”
At Coveo, our goal remains consistent in regards to our partners and their success. We want to provide them with the resources necessary to leverage opportunities, effectively help their own customers, and capitalize on their strengths. Our MVP program enhances the opportunity to do so.
”Being a Coveo MVP has been a privilege, especially in successfully helping organizations solve complex business challenges with Coveo’s leading technology,” said Jonathan Price, Principal Sitecore & Coveo Practice Director and returning MVP. ”For anyone looking to become a Coveo MVP, a great place to start is thinking outside of the box, and utilizing the technology in ways others have not thought of.”
