One judge noted that Coveo “showed impressive maturity in listening, responding, and implementing sustainable changes based on employee needs.” That’s no coincidence; We always listen, we always learn is one of our core values and a principle deeply embedded in how we work. In 2024, we replaced rigid annual reviews with our Ongoing Feedback Practice, giving each team the autonomy to shape feedback systems that truly resonate.
🌱 Employee Experience
The judges also praised our “cohesive and future-focused” employee experience. Our people-first approach starts before day one, with a 90-day onboarding journey. For many, it kicks off in-person in Montreal, where new hires from around the world meet our executive team face-to-face. We are also always on the lookout to innovate in the way we communicate with employees, in the way we organize information and in creating resources enhancing the employee journey.
