Mathieu Lavoie-Sabourin is a Product Manager at Coveo, where he leads product for Generate & Orchestrate, the team behind Coveo's generative and conversational experiences. His work spans Conversational Product Discovery for commerce, Conversational Search for knowledge and service, and bringing the two together into one agentic experience. That experience helps people find answers, products and resolutions in any channel. An analytical problem solver, he is passionate about turning generative AI into measurable business results, from higher conversion to lower cost to serve. With over 8 years in the technology industry, Mathieu has a strong track record of helping enterprises get value from automation and AI. Before moving into product, he was a Technical Success Architect, defining best practices to maximize success and value for Coveo's service clients. Working directly with customers showed him firsthand what it takes for AI to succeed in production. He now brings that experience to building the next generation of agentic experiences for large enterprises. During his spare time, he likes to play hockey, table games, and most of all, spend time with his family.
