Coveo Sweeps Early 2016 Awards Programs

Destination CRM, The American Stevie Awards, KMWorld Magazine and the CRM Watchlist Honor Coveo Intelligent Search Solutions

Coveo, a recognized leader in intelligent search, has been named a winner in several awards programs announced in early 2016. Since February, the company and its apps have been recognized as:

2016 CRM Service Leaders Award

The 2016 CRM Service Leaders Awards in the Contact Center Search category recognizes just five companies that equip contact center agents with the tools that enable them to resolve customer service calls by having access to the right information at the right time. For 2016, Coveo moved up the ranks (from “One to Watch” in the 2015 awards) to Leader. (In 2014 Coveo was also ranked as a Leader.)

The overall award rating Coveo received is based on a composite score of analyst ratings for customer satisfaction, depth of functionality, company direction, and cost. Coveo posted the highest score – higher than any other vendor in this category – in customer satisfaction.

John Ragsdale, an analyst on the judging panel for the 2016 CRM Service Leaders awards and vice president of technology and social research for the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), praised Coveo’s "impressive customer results" and ranked it as the "top unified search platform," noting that its machine learning features will "introduce a new paradigm for proactive support."
