Tracy Carson is Senior Director, Global Customer Marketing at Coveo, where she leads customer-focused marketing and advocacy initiatives that connect Coveo’s AI-Relevance solutions with real-world success stories and best practices. She has deep experience in customer engagement and marketing strategy, previously serving as Director of Customer Engagement at OwnBackup, and earlier in strategic customer experience and communications roles. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Journalism in Broadcast Journalism from Ryerson University and has a strong track record of building scalable, customer-centric programs across her career.
