Oscar Péré

Oscar Péré is a Senior Product Manager for AI Search at Coveo, where he drives the evolution of enterprise search by embedding machine learning across the full pipeline — from content ingestion to query understanding. With nearly five years at Coveo, he has led the development of flagship capabilities including Coveo's Retrieval-Augmented Generation platform, hybrid ranking, semantic content enrichment, and query disambiguation. Before Coveo, Oscar helped shape conversational AI at Heyday (acquired by Hootsuite), where he was the startup's first PM and launched a Shopify chatbot . His background spans NLP, LLMs, information retrieval, Customer Support and eCommerce — with earlier stops at creative and digital agencies on both sides of the border. Outside of work, you'll find him tending to his indoor jungle, getting active, or deep in a Jodorowsky comic.
