Ben Carroll

Ben is a Senior Technical Trainer at Coveo. Prior to joining the Education team, he spent two years in the trenches building Coveo implementations as part of the Solution Specialists team. He has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry in various disciplines including support, development, and consulting. Ben is a certified practitioner of the Knowledge-Centered Service v6 methodology. When he’s not pushing ones and zeroes around or training other people how to do so, Ben can usually be found catching Pokemon with his 9-year-old.
