Quebec City, Quebec and San Diego, May 5, 2014 – Coveo announced it has been named one of three spring 2014 TechBEST finalists in the Best in Satisfaction category by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, at the Technology Services World (TSW) Best Practices conference today in Silicon Valley. This is the fifth consecutive year that Coveo has been recognized by TSIA; in 2013 it was named a finalist in the Best in Adoption category for demonstrating value to its customers.
The spring TechBEST Awards program recognizes service technology providers in two categories—the Best in Satisfaction category for companies that received the highest satisfaction scores from the TSIA annual global survey on technology adoption, planned spending, and satisfaction, and the Best in Show category, selected by conference attendees to recognize the organization that created the best experience in the TSW EXPO.
TechBEST finalists for the Best in Satisfaction category were selected by TSIA corporate and community members who participated in the 2014 Global Technology Adoption, Satisfaction and Planned Spending Survey. As a TechBEST finalist, Coveo will be featured in TSIA Research, and conference attendees can learn more about the company’s offerings during the TechBEST Showcase being conducted today at the conference. The winner will be announced at the conference on Wednesday, May 7.
