Redweb have worked with Coveo since 2015, being able to offer the search platform on all Sitecore builds, giving users personalised and intelligent searching, greatly improving the user journey.

Redweb used the Coveo search platform on Healthspan’s new ecommerce website. With over 150 products and two million customers, Healthspan is the UK’s number one direct supplier of vitamins and supplements. Already popular with its established audience, the Guernsey-based company wanted to enhance its approach to ecommerce to attract a wider demographic using a ‘prevention over cure’ mindset. 

Packed with functionality, the site utilises AI-powered search by Coveo, it allows products to be filtered and displayed against a host of criteria and an in-depth taxonomy relating health interests, goals and conditions etc. It also features machine learning which uses past activity to hone and optimise the results offering a seamless ecommerce experience for both client and customer.

Industry leading ecommerce experts Redweb, Sitecore and Coveo held a joint future of ecommerce breakfast event at the Ivy Soho Brasserie demonstrating how to provide outstanding ecommerce experiences for users. The audience heard how new technologies can work together to form a pioneering solution that can help websites achieve those all-important conversions. There was an online purchasing panel featuring Digital Marketing experts from La Perla and Animal who discussed how they are implementing their own ecommerce strategies.
