Coveo today announced that Rally Software has deployed Coveo for Salesforce via salesforce.com’s AppExchange to accelerate its customer company transformation. Coveo for Salesforce transforms service and support operations via Coveo Search & Relevance technology by automatically bringing relevant knowledge and account intelligence from anywhere into the agent’s view, helping Rally become more responsive to its customers.  The announcement was made today at salesforce.com’s Dreamforce 2013 in San Francisco. Coveo will be in booth N2328 the Dreamforce Expo.

Built on the Salesforce Platform, the world’s leading cloud platform for social and mobile business apps, Coveo for Salesforce is currently available on the AppExchange at www.appexchange.com.
