Diane Berry and Coveo Customers to Speak at 2015 APQC Knowledge Management Summit

Coveo SVP of Market Strategy will lead a session on the importance that search plays in creating a knowledge-driven organization

San Mateo, CA, and Quebec City, Canada - April 29, 2015

Coveo today announced that SVP of Market Strategy, Diane Berry will lead a breakout session entitled “How Upskilling Employees and Customers Via Enterprise Search Drives The Bottom Line” at the APQC Knowledge Management Summit in Houston on April 30th.

The session will be a panel discussion that includes two Coveo customers and will cover the business impact associated with injecting contextually relevant knowledge into the flow of work, in the systems and on the devices where people work most. Attendees will learn via research and customer examples how giving employees and customers access to contextually relevant information and expertise can increase sales, deliver more innovative customer service and improve company profitability.  

Two Coveo customers, Tokyo Electron America and Deltek, Inc. will showcase how they’re using enterprise search to facilitate knowledge engagement within their organization to upskill employees and customers.:
