Delivered by members of the Professional Services team, our courses are tailored to the customer’s implementation, matching content level to class attendees.
Training based on specific needs
Available on- or off-site
Coveo training courses are available on-site or at Coveo’s training facilities. Leveraging our training centers offers access to additional Coveo consultants and limits the amount of distraction normally encountered when training on-site. However, on-site training is available assuming adequate infrastructure and attendance.
Who should be trained?
Our recommendation is to train administrators, power-users and developers on all functionalities. Training for end-users can also be made available.

Coveo Fundamentals Course
This course is designed for those responsible for updating and maintaining the Coveo implementation. It provides all the information required to administer on a daily basis, as well as to plan and execute updates with minimal impact on the business.
Coveo Power-User and Coveo Guru Courses
The Coveo Power-User and Coveo Guru courses offer a deep dive into the use of our solutions’ advanced capabilities. Those attending the Coveo Power-Users course should be familiar with search engines’ advanced queries capabilities and syntax. People attending the Coveo Gurus course should be .NET developers with experience in web solution development.
Train the Trainer
In addition to traditional classroom instruction, a “train the trainer” option is available to teach customers how to deliver training to the remainder of the organization.
