Coveo Solutions Inc. Designates SoftSelect (Pty) Ltd as Master Reseller
First Tier South African Distributor Chosen to Penetrate Local Market

Palo Alto, California. - May 25th, 2005- Coveo Solutions Inc., a pioneer of integrated and secure search solutions for the desktop, Intranet and Web, today announced that it has awarded SoftSelect (Pty) Ltd, a premier IT distributor based in Cape Town, an exclusive master reseller agreement for the continent of Africa.
The agreement gives SoftSelect the sole right to introduce Coveo Enterprise Search (CES), Coveo Enterprise Search for SharePoint, Coveo Desktop Search (CDS) and first line support into the African region via its reseller channel.
CES, CES for SharePoint and CDS provide businesses and organizations with an end-to-end content access tool with built-in security and data protection. The integrated desktop and enterprise search features allow users to efficiently query across their own hard drives, company file servers, SharePoint portals and the Web while maintaining the highest level of user privacy standards.
