Sending Emails, How to avoid the Junk folder

Tips :

• Use a sender address that is white listed inside your business. Ex.: NoReply@ACME.com

  1. Open the Contact Configuration in the Setting Menu
  2. Provide a "Sender Address"
  3. Click on "Apply"

• Provide credentials to the SMTP server

  1. Open the Contact Configuration in the Settings Menu
  2. Click on "Display Advenced Settings"
  3. Uncheck "Use Service Credentials"
  4. Provide a user name and a password
  5. Click on "Apply"
