The Coveo Customer Advisory Board is comprised of senior executives from Coveo’s most innovative customer organizations. Coveo Advisory Board members meet with the Coveo executive team, during in-person as well as virtual meetings to review strategies and ensure Coveo and its clients are well aligned for future value creation. Coveo Connect provides a private, secure forum for customers to network and learn about Coveo's latest solution enhancements.
The Coveo Connect™ online customer community provides a private, secure area for customers to tap into the collective knowledge and insight that our network of customers and the Coveo team have to offer. Here, customers can access Coveo roadmap plans, release notes, product information and documentation, knowledgebase documents, online help and much more.
Coveo Connect is another channel for customers to contact Coveo Support, register for events, provide feedback on our product roadmap, get a sneak peek on future product developments, and share best practices.
User Groups
Held each quarter, Coveo User Group meetings provide the opportunity to network with peers facing similar challenges and for Coveo customers to learn about upcoming product developments, offer feedback and recommendations on the Coveo product roadmap and provide input onto the roadmap development process, with features and functionality they feel would help generate additional value for their organizations.
Regional User Group meetings also allow customers to share experiences and insight regarding their Coveo implementations and walk away with new ideas that can be put into immediate use, to help drive additional adoption and value throughout their business.
